Our room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with cozy beds. The hotel's location was ideal, only a short 5-minute walk to Torres del Paine base. Additionally, it is situated conveniently in Cerro Castillo village or near the park.

Spacious & exceptionally clean hotel, its location is quiet just off the Cerro Castillo Chile/Argentina border crossing as well as the restaurant on the chairs. The property offers beautifully decorated and brand-new rooms with a very nice bathroom and good beds and warm atmosphere.

The staff was great and the room was brand new with a large bed. The hotel is located in a remote area near the Chile/Argentina border crossing and Torres del Paine National Park.

Cot only available for 80 USD per night, absolute usury! We booked for two adults + baby and got a room with two single beds. Nevertheless the operators insisted on our reservation and did not want to cancel for free.

Room in the new building part, nevertheless the toilet wobbled and the shower drain was close to clogging.

This place has a modern and stylish design, with spacious, comfortable rooms and a charming gaucho-style bar.

A good house for the location and in relation to the other offers in the area. Good dinner in buffet form. Lobby nicely decorated, also the rooms.

The breakfast is very simple. The equipment in the rooms and the construction of the house (walls very thin,) partly very cheap (for example: shower).

We had a great dinner at the restaurant and enjoyed excellent dishes. The bathroom was fairly clean, which is important.

High quality furnishings, spotlessly clean. Complaints were generously handled by the owner. Since the next gas station is about 60 km away, the hotel offers fuel (must be ordered the day before)

Breakfast for this price is too poor, fruit was not fresh. No restaurants within 20 km of the house. The place itself has zero attraction and nothing to offer, not even a gas station.

The room was great, with central heating, a safe box, a good bed, and a private bathroom. The location is fantastic, close to sightseeing spots like Torres del Paine base. It's conveniently located near Torres del Paine National Park, El Calafate, and the Cerro Castillo Chile/Argentina border crossing.

Great location for exploring the nearby national park with scenic drive. Spacious and warm rooms with good Wi-Fi and hot shower. Helpful and English-speaking staff. Tasty dinner and excellent buffet breakfast.

Couldn't fault anything during my stay.
